Combine a cruise with a 7 mile walk along one of the most scenic stretches of the West Highland Way along the ‘bonnie banks’ from Balmaha back to Rowardennan.

A leisurely morning cruise takes you south from Rowardennan via Luss to Balmaha. Following disembarkation at the ‘village on the edge’ the WHW climbs to Craigie Fort where you have views of the island jewels in Loch Lomond’s crown and to Ben Lomond.

The WHW continues north beyond Milarrochy Bay to Sallochy through the oakwoods which in the summer months have an abundance of birdlife ~ wood warbler, redstart and tree-pipit. Enjoy spectacular views north to the Arrochar Alps and west to the village of Luss.

We strongly suggest sturdy walking boots & suitable clothing be worn. Dogs should be kept under close control both on board and on the West Highland Way.
